Intriguing and well-sized painting depicting a drunken Bacchus lying on a golden chariot.
The God of libations and pleasure is accompanied by satyrs holding cups of wine and is pulled by two leopards led by a group of cherubs and young fauns. The scene is characterized by the nude bodies of the protagonists, which stand out full of light, and expresses a climate of festive cheer, dominated by unbridled intoxication in the sign of wine.
The painting is a hymn to carefree life, dedicated exclusively to joy and celebrations drowned in unbridled libations.
