Small empire chest of drawers with secret compartments

Lombard Empire chest of drawers in walnut with a squared top and vertical veneer. The front has three drawers, the first veneered with walnut pedules, while the other two, of greater height, in walnut feather with a full façade (i.e., the chain that separates them is hidden). The veneers are made with slabs of considerable thickness, about 4mm. Uprights adorned with half-columns with gilded leaf capitals. In the internal part of the chain that separates the first drawer from the second there are two small secret drawers that open towards the inside of the cabinet.
