Pair of mid-19th century landscapes

Pair of landscapes painted in oil on canvas and signed G. Galli; Attributable to Giuseppe Galli (Vercelli 1866-Milan 1946). The artist was only able to devote himself exclusively to painting in 1920, after being appointed honorary member of the Brera Academy in 1917 and when the municipality of Milan purchased one of his large paintings for the modern art gallery, as he had previously been obliged by his family to work as a clerk. He has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions. The paintings are in good condition, neither relined nor restored. Measurements including frames 67 X 90 cm.
