Characteristic of high Piedmontese cabinetmaking, a veneer with precious violet wood was chosen for this piece of furniture, applied to the cabinet with a sophisticated play of reflections and wood grain patterns. The cabinet features a shaped and curved top that can be lifted by means of a drop-leaf system. The front consists of a small door, also drop-leaf, and two drawers. The keyhole escutcheons are in chased bronze with rocaille and gilded motifs. The four arched and graceful legs are typical of the Rococo style. This cabinet is perfect for any environment and can also be displayed in the center of a room thanks to its finish on all four sides. Very elegant, it can be combined with both antique and modern furniture.
