Antique Sorrento side table with geometric inlays and Saint George and the Dragon

Description: Antique round side table (cm. Ø70; h.75) made in Sorrento in the second half of the 19th century: inlaid in every part with geometric motifs, it is veneered in walnut and various woods (photo n°2), with a design in the center depicting Saint George fighting the dragon (photo n°6). The central leg, ending in a tripod, is elegantly inlaid with a herringbone pattern (photo n°9). The antique Sorrento side table is in a good state of preservation: the top has a slight dent visible against the light which you can see in detail via video.
