in a meadow with flowers, made in the early twentieth century. Art Deco.
The work, which expresses sweetness and love, is signed U. Cipriani on the base. Period: 1920s/1930s of the twentieth century.
Ugo Cipriani (1887-1960), Italian sculptor born in Florence, son of the sculptor Adolfo Cipriani. Active in France where he expresses himself by producing his works.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where he learned to work with marble, terracotta, bronze and alabaster.
