SAINT PAUL
He is the first Christian theologian. He is the Apostle to the Gentiles, the greatest missionary in history. Saint Paul, a Pharisee converted to Christ, co-opted into the apostolic college by Christ himself on the way to Damascus, consecrates himself without reservation to the announcement of the incarnation, death, and resurrection of Jesus.

The apostle Matthias was one of Jesus' seventy disciples and remained with him from Baptism until the Ascension.
Tradition has passed down the image of an elderly man holding a halberd, a symbol of his martyrdom.
