Very interesting and particularly lively work, characterized by theatrical poses and marked expressions of the numerous protagonists.
The biblical scene from verse 20 of Genesis is depicted. Noah, having descended from the Ark with all the species of animals, as commanded by God, builds an altar and offers sacrifices in his honor.
From the Book of Genesis, chapter 8, 15 - 20.
(20) "Then Noah built an altar to the Lord; he took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar."
