Venice (Late 16th Century) Jewelry Box Lacquered and gilded wood, dimensions: cm 33 x 39.4 x 29 The chest, made of wood and crystal, is characterized by a rich golden floral decoration. Each side is decorated with four half-columns. The lid opens revealing the same rich decoration also inside, a characteristic that confirms its precious use as a jewelry box and certainly not as a reliquary. Perfect state of preservation.
