Hand-decorated polychrome ceramic statuette titled "In the Sitting Position" depicting a female figure with a book sitting on a bench and a small frog on a bench that opens at the back, a work by Helen Konig Scavini for the Lenci manufacture, Turin.
Dimensions: Height 24 cm x 12 cm
On the back, it bears the impressed initials "ICNEL" (Lenci in reverse). Among the various trademarks of the manufacture, all easily referable to the company, we remember "Icnel", which can be found essentially on ceramics shaped by Scavini, therefore not easily attributable to the works of the manufacture.
