Stunning and rare pair of Lombard gondola armchairs in walnut, restored, polished, reupholstered and completely original. The period of origin dates back to the first half of the 19th century and they are located between the Empire and Louis Philippe styles. The first can be observed in the harmony and practicality in the decorative arts, such as in the backrest in which there are splendid and precise elements sculpted in wood with a floral theme; the chairs are also solid, smooth and balanced in the portions. The second, on the other hand, can be identified in the slightly curved backrest and in the curved legs, of which the rear ones are saber-shaped; with a romantic air, with an aristocratic appearance that gives the environment a peaceful and suggestive atmosphere. Also note the elegant and orderly motif of the two cushions.
