Fritz Reuter, born in 1895 in Langenselbold near Hanau, worked in Dusseldorf. Here he proposes "still life" in which the distribution of light is skillful and the materiality is good. Oil on canvas signed lower right, 50 x 40 cm, with 1940s frame.
