Light walnut table. Furniture consisting of four turned legs, joined at the bottom by a turned crosspiece as well, a drawer in the under-top band, equipped with a lock divided into compartments, and a "basket" drawer under the band. Overhanging top with central reserve. The small table, in its simplicity, highlights the beautiful amber color of the light walnut.
This type of furniture solved the need for ladies to store everything needed for embroidery, a very popular pastime at the time, which was performed during the hours dedicated to conversation in the salons. The need was therefore to have a work cabinet that was beautiful in appearance and that would fit well into the representative environment.
