Big rural painting Claudius Seignol (Lyon 1858-1926)

Oil painting on canvas with gilded plaster frame depicting a rural landscape where a farmer leads two cows who wear a yoke secured to the horns. The background is a French autumn landscape from the late 1800s. Signed Seignol 92 lower left. The painting is in good condition with small sagging below as in the picture. The coeval frame is gilded in gold leaf and requires very small touches. The measure of the canvas is 150 cm wide and 90 cm high On request we provide a restoration estimate
