Antique and splendid English dining table with top consisting of three planks of selected solid mahogany, which can be used to convert it into a billiard table for the game of Pool (7 feet). The late 19th-century table by Jelks of Holloway Road in London, called Diner Snooker, is a splendid piece of furniture. From the Victorian period, it was built in 1885/6. Original of the period, it is entirely made of solid mahogany, including the base consisting of a solid mahogany frame. Slide rails, leather pockets with nets and slide channels for recovering the balls are on display. Stabilized by four splendid legs in the shape of a pyramid trunk grooved vertically. Plate with the manufacturer's name and patent n° 22642. The antique table/billiard table in solid mahogany from the Victorian period is in a good state of conservation: it requires small restorations and re-polishing. Measures: 185 x 92; h.76. Good condition: to be restored.
