Pair of Murano glass lamps, blown and drawn with a black "wire" and "milk" intrusion. This difficult Murano glass processing for "intrusion" and black hyalit wire, was introduced to Murano during the Futurist period, when Carlo Scarpa and Gio Ponti designed chandeliers and objects for the old Murano furnaces.
These two small jewels fit well in both antique and modern furnishings.
