Elegant example of a Lombard chest with a flap (or "half-flap") in solid walnut. Four drawers, the first of which conceals the beautiful flap. Handles outlined in root wood and framed, with 6 internal drawers and secret compartments. Some conservative restorations. Lombardy - Louis XIV - end of the 1600s (approx.)
