Maritime Flags from the Diderot and D'Alembert Encyclopédie, circa 1770. Waterproof copper engraving depicting a series of naval flags with a rear watercolor painted by Goussier and edited by Benard. This antique print comes in passe-partout and modern frame lacquered in red with golden profile, is in good conservation condition compatible with the eighteenth century dating.
